Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland

King & Moffatt Building Services provides mechanical and electrical building services from design through installation and ongoing maintenance across construction, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, data centre, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, residential, public, and energy projects.

What you will do

• Manage all mechanical aspects of projects from startup through delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Review project specifications and coordinate technical submittals through approval.
• Maintain labour trackers, weekly progress reports, project schedules, and variation records.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, subcontractors, and site teams through meetings and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate plant, equipment, materials, construction programmes, commissioning plans, and site implementation.
• Manage handover documentation and communicate innovative project-specific work to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Successful track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.
• Ability to work on project sites in Mullingar, Ireland.
