• Plan, lead, and execute healthcare assurance engagements.
• Work with clients and decision-makers while performing assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable condition correspondence letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train engagement team members.
• Collaborate with managers and principals to support effective communication and service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant audit experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• Ability to work in the Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.
