Salary: $21.00–$27.00 per hour, with the offer varying by geographic location, experience, and skill level.

What you will do

• Support primary care providers by escorting patients, reviewing health information, and preparing examination rooms.
• Take vital signs, perform blood draws, administer medications and immunizations, bandage wounds, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in and check-out, medical record requests, referrals, specialist visits, and care coordination.
• Document accurate patient information, process test results, and communicate results according to provider instructions.
• Participate in patient outreach, identify gaps in care, and help develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain clinical supplies, office equipment, and treatment areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration is preferred and is required where mandated by state law.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
