Corporate Real Estate Specialist

What you will do

• Manage real estate project plans, timelines, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Analyze operational data and support corporate real estate portfolio optimization.
• Support lease negotiations, contract reviews, compliance activities, and new office onboarding.
• Coordinate landlords, vendors, internal stakeholders, maintenance activities, site visits, and workplace initiatives.
• Prepare financial analyses, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of real estate transactions and project documentation.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in architecture, design, engineering, real estate, facilities management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in property and project management, lease negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and data management skills.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and related design tools.
• Knowledge of the German real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Experience in construction project delivery, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or facilities management.
