Business Consultant I (Transfer Agency)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Kansas City, Missouri office; scheduled office attendance is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned business areas and operational partners.
• Provide solutions for production issues and new or enhanced products and services.
• Coordinate communication between business partners, Operational Compliance, and IT.
• Support operational execution, issue resolution, and the development and validation of Transfer Agency systems, processes, and services.
• Manage vendor enhancements and installations, including after-hours and weekend work.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and task-organization skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, computer-use, resiliency, flexibility, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of Transfer Agency systems and operations is preferred.
• Previous experience leading vendors is preferred.
• Knowledge of the mutual fund, retirement, RIA, or broker-dealer industries is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
