Data Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; candidates outside the United States and Canada may be considered, with compensation reviewed during the interview process.

Annual base salary: $92,000–$100,000 for employees in the United States; CA$86,000–CA$130,000 for employees in Canada. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation through a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for enterprise data products supporting reporting, analytics, operational intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and define measurable success outcomes.
• Define data domains, ownership models, business definitions, KPIs, data contracts, and enterprise glossary standards.
• Drive data quality, lineage, governance, stewardship, and responsible use of sensitive data.
• Use rapid experimentation and AI-assisted prototyping to shape product opportunities and specifications.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Applied AI Engineers, Business Systems, and other technical teams through design, validation, testing, instrumentation, and adoption planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Business Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and success measures.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, copilots, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, reporting, BI, analytics, data governance, and enterprise data concepts.
• Experience translating business needs into product specifications, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, rapid prototyping, and iterative discovery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted product workflows, prompt-based experimentation, or AI-generated specifications and documentation.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent modern data platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS business models and operational metrics.
