TL;DR
Regional Operator (AI): Supporting PMO governance, staffing coordination, project and resource tracking, and regional P&L reporting for Roboyo’s Americas delivery operations with an accent on operational data quality, delivery standardization, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on maintaining Kantata systems, building KPI dashboards, identifying capacity and staffing gaps, and connecting sales, delivery, finance, and hiring workflows.

What you will do
- Support Americas PMO governance through status updates, leadership reporting, delivery frameworks, governance cadences, and standardized project artefacts.
- Track methodology compliance, engagement health, RAG status, schedule variance, budget burn, and operational KPIs across regional projects.
- Coordinate staffing requests, resource availability, roll-offs, bench status, assignments, capacity planning, and hiring needs.
- Administer Kantata data for project tracking, revenue tracking, staffing, resource allocation, reports, and dashboards.
- Connect sales, staffing, delivery, and hiring workflows to identify resourcing gaps before project kick-off.
- Support regional P&L tracking, financial reporting, partnership administration, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or business support, ideally in consulting, professional services, or technology.
- Experience with PMO frameworks, delivery governance, or standardizing delivery artefacts.
- Working knowledge of project, resource management, or staffing tools; Kantata, Mavenlink, or Salesforce experience is relevant.
- Comfort working with financial and operational data, including utilization, revenue, cost, and basic P&L concepts.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, and status packs.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills are required. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or a master’s degree or MBA is expected.

- Direct experience with Kantata.
- Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled delivery accelerators and automation tooling.
