Senior Test Engineer (RPA)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional in-person meetings and local travel to the Reston, Virginia office.

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to validate system quality and functionality.
• Document defects, collaborate with development teams on resolutions, and re-test fixes.
• Maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Support robotic process automation initiatives using emerging technologies.
• Coordinate testing activities with senior test engineers and participate in occasional in-person meetings at the Reston office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with automation tools and familiarity with robotic process automation solutions.
• Experience in a government or regulated environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain ICE clearance.

Nice to have

• DHS Trusted Tester certification.
