Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: London, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring two days in the office per week at the Osterley campus. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop actionable customer intelligence from large-scale customer data using advanced analytics.
• Build and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using customer behaviour, demographics, product usage, and service interaction data.
• Develop predictive models for churn, customer lifetime value, segmentation, and other customer-focused use cases.
• Explore AI agents and agentic workflows to automate analysis and accelerate insight generation.
• Translate business objectives into analytical solutions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with technology teams and data engineers to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable customer solutions while leading projects with one or two team members.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in advanced analytics and machine learning, including forecasting, predictive modelling, optimisation, and clustering.
• Experience building and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
• Excellent Python skills with Scikit-learn and PyTorch, plus knowledge of MLOps for production deployment.
• Experience using VS Code with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows, with the ability to apply them to business problems.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.
