What you will do

• Complete audits and re-audits across Children's Social Care.
• Analyse practice and identify key themes, strengths and areas for learning.
• Help practitioners and managers understand and respond to audit findings.
• Contribute to Practice Week, moderation, learning reviews and governance activities.
• Support training and workforce development activity.
• Provide constructive challenge and promote reflective practice to improve outcomes for children.

Requirements

• Qualified and registered social worker.
• Experience working with children, young people and families.
• Ability to analyse practice and communicate findings clearly.
• Curious, reflective approach and commitment to continuous learning.
• Confidence providing constructive challenge, supporting reflective practice and influencing improvement.
• Successful applicants may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
