Career College Business Partner (Learning & Knowledge Management)

What you will do

• Act as the main business partner for the Career College and translate workforce career-development needs into Learning & Knowledge Management solutions.
• Lead the Career College team within the Manufacturing Academy Veldhoven and guide its strategic direction.
• Plan learning roadmaps, resources, budgets, and program or project reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, other academies, business units, and educational partners across the Brainport region.
• Define learning-impact indicators, assess learning requests, manage stakeholder expectations, and improve scalable L&KM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related business or technical field.
• 4–9 years of experience in HR(D), Learning & Development, and Project Management.
• Experience creating business value through learning initiatives and influencing stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong communication, advisory, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across operational, tactical, and strategic levels while navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience and a network within hirify.global Manufacturing Veldhoven are strongly preferred.
