Academy Development and Support Officer (Learning and Development): Supporting ESA in developing and delivering training academies with an accent on learning architecture, instructional design, stakeholder coordination, and training operations. Focus on coordinating pilots and approvals, analysing learning data, integrating learning systems, and managing risks across multiple workstreams.
Location: Noordwijk, the Netherlands

What you will do
- Support ESA in developing, implementing, and improving new training academies.
- Coordinate Academy stakeholders, governance bodies, subject matter experts, and external providers.
- Define and maintain learning architectures, pathways, objectives, course structures, schedules, and resource estimates.
- Design and improve learning solutions, including modules, exercises, simulations, assessments, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate validation, approvals, pilots, first deliveries, feedback analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Manage delivery readiness, learning-system integration, participant administration, certification, reporting, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Educational Sciences.
- At least 4 years of experience in learning and development or training operations.
- Experience with large international, public-sector, or intergovernmental organisations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of another European language.
