Lead AI Strategist

Location: Hybrid in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, or Europe

What you will do

• Identify where agentic AI can create measurable business value for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and enterprises.
• Build defensible business cases, value propositions, ROI models, and roadmaps using client data.
• Shape commercially viable AI engagements in partnership with Client Partners.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering leaders to preserve strategic intent through delivery and launch.
• Track outcomes, bring current and practical agentic AI examples to client discussions, and communicate strategy and progress to executives and internal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, AI or digital transformation, product strategy, venture building, or senior client-facing advisory roles with commercial responsibility.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, value propositions, ROI models, and executive buy-in.
• Deep understanding of AI and agentic systems, with practical exposure to LLMs, retrieval systems, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, or similar technologies.
• Experience facilitating executive discussions, leading strategy workshops, and collaborating with engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong business English and a bachelor's degree in business, economics, a technical field, or a related discipline.
