Data/Machine Learning Engineer II

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role with 0–25% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work full time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $171,000–$198,000 USD annually, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable web applications with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, secure integrations, and data-driven solutions connecting Salesforce, CRM platforms, databases, web, and mobile applications.
• Develop data preparation, transformation, feature engineering, and batch or online model inference pipelines.
• Build predictive, classification, ranking, recommendation, segmentation, and forecasting models for business requirements.
• Implement CI/CD, experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, monitoring, automated testing, and lifecycle management.
• Own production capabilities from requirements through support and continuous improvement, including scalability, reliability, security, observability, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience across application development, data, or machine learning systems.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or an equivalent enterprise development language, plus JavaScript/TypeScript and React or a comparable frontend framework.
• Experience designing REST APIs and backend services, working with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, and integrating enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience taking machine learning solutions into production, including automated testing, containers, monitoring, production support, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud data services, data modeling and architecture, Git-based version control, Agile Scrum, and DevOps practices; Azure experience is preferred.
