Senior Performance Copywriter (CRO)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets targeting cold audiences.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles that translate technical features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance data, and continuously refine messaging.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other team members while contributing research and learnings to the copywriting knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response copywriting, performance copywriting, advertising copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English and strong grammar, proofreading, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, performance creative, and copy for cold audiences.
• Experience with A/B testing, marketing performance data, customer research, and translating product features into customer benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, niches, and projects while using AI tools for research, copy development, analysis, and workflow optimization.
