Business Continuity Senior Specialist (Cyber Resilience Risk)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Strongsville, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Onboard applications into the enterprise Cyber and Resiliency Recovery Testing Program.
• Gather recovery requirements from application, infrastructure, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate recovery plans, supporting documentation, dependency mapping, and testing schedules.
• Support cyber and resiliency recovery test execution and live recovery activities.
• Track remediation items, program deliverables, evidence, and testing artifacts.
• Produce reporting and metrics on recovery readiness for business and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, cyber recovery, infrastructure operations, application support, or technology risk.
• Experience supporting application recovery planning, resiliency testing, or recovery exercises.
• Basic understanding of backup, recovery, and infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of recovery concepts including RTO, RPO, MTD, and recovery testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Must work in-office at one of the specified U.S. locations; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, CMDB, or resiliency tooling.
• Experience with crisis management, regulatory compliance, auditing operations, or process design.
