Senior Performance Copywriter (CRO)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles for cold audiences.
• Create structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously refine messaging.
• Adapt successful copy concepts across clients, products, and industries while documenting tests and learnings.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other team members, using AI tools to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response, performance, advertising copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, performance creative, and copy for cold audiences.
• Experience developing A/B testing variations, reviewing marketing performance data, and improving copy based on results.
• Strong research, proofreading, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
