QA Analyst - Intermediate

Location: Nashville, TN, United States; onsite in a standard office environment

What you will do

• Plan and execute functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, API, performance, and post-deployment testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, traceability documentation, and testing reports.
• Identify, document, prioritize, track, and communicate defects, dependencies, quality risks, and release-readiness findings.
• Coordinate test environments, data, schedules, business participation, defect triage, release validation, and production verification.
• Design, implement, execute, and maintain automated tests using approved tools and frameworks.
• Analyze defect trends, support root-cause analysis, improve test coverage, and provide guidance to less experienced QA resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, software testing, business application testing, or a related technology role.
• Knowledge of QA principles, testing methodologies, automation approaches, continuous integration, defect tracking, and test management tools.
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, batch processes, interfaces, data flows, and relational databases; working knowledge of queries for data validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in the Nashville office and support occasional extended or nonstandard hours for releases, implementations, or critical issues.
