Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java/React)

What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team to deliver software solutions.
• Own the full software delivery lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, release, and application monitoring.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders across hirify.global divisions.
• Work with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the bank’s architecture vision.
• Review pull requests and deliver maintainable, high-quality code according to engineering standards.
• Share knowledge and support peers through internal Software Engineering communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least seven years of Java development experience and at least three years of frontend or full-stack development experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot, service-oriented architecture, RESTful services, Oracle SQL, React or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kubernetes, virtual machines, Kafka, Avro, OpenAPI, and UML.
• Solid understanding of client pricing and core banking systems.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, automated testing, quality assurance, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment concepts.
• English at C1 level with fluent business proficiency, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills in a cross-cultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or similar.
