Fullstack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and observable web applications and CX Suite product features.
• Build front-end features with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and back-end services and APIs with Node.js and/or Java/Spring Boot.
• Design and manage SQL Server and MongoDB databases and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate delivery processes, and manage applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible while working with GCP and internal cloud environments.
• Improve testing, code quality, security, monitoring, logging, incident resolution, and observability within Scrum or Kanban teams.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in software development, web engineering, DevOps, or a similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript, with good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Back-end development experience with Node.js and/or Java/Spring Boot, plus relational and non-relational databases including SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GCP, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Comfort using generative AI coding assistants and command-line tools such as Gemini CLI, with strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or working directly with clients.
• Experience with Selenium or equivalent testing tools, Jenkins, Eclipse, and JIRA.
