RFP Project Manager 3 - Contingent

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $58–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Manage sub-program components and multi-workstream project delivery for change management, re-engineering, and migration initiatives.
• Build and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, status reports, and centralized execution layers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, financials, timelines, and escalation strategies.
• Coordinate with technology teams, business partners, subject matter experts, stakeholders, project managers, and leadership.
• Translate complex discussions into execution plans, success criteria, executive communications, and stakeholder-ready materials.
• Drive training, documentation, adoption, and integration of new processes and tools into business as usual.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management, project methodologies, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent education, training, military, or work experience.
• Experience with program and project management across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, timeline, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 onsite days per week in Charlotte, North Carolina.
