What you will do

  • Monitor stakeholder engagement plans for alignment with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and verify stakeholder registers and identify breaches requiring corrective action.
  • Conduct field visits, site investigations, consultations, workshops, and participation reviews.
  • Coordinate with NAT and ESA on procedures, consultations, and early access.
  • Manage public utility protection, relocation, enhancement, tie-ins, and utility conflicts.
  • Manage the community grievance mechanism and support stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in electrical railway projects as a stakeholder and social lead engineer.
  • Experience in civil infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater projects.
  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Google Earth.
  • Availability for office and site-based work in Cairo.
