Associate Maintenance

Location: Maadi, Egypt; regular travel to multiple store locations and on-site work are required.

What you will do

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance inspections across tmart dark stores and warehouse facilities.
• Visit stores regularly, assess facility conditions, and complete corrective maintenance on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with store operations to minimize disruption to order fulfilment.
• Maintain work orders, maintenance logs, spare-parts inventory, and facility management records.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns, coordinate external contractors, and track maintenance KPIs and energy-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a facility, industrial, logistics, or warehousing environment.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs; dark-store, fulfilment-centre, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, motor controls, lighting, UPS systems, HVAC, refrigeration, conveyors, pumps, and compressors.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple store locations and provide flexible weekend or on-call support when required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with facility management or CMMS software.
• Experience maintaining dark stores, fulfilment centres, or warehouse facilities.
