Learning Insights Analyst

Location: UK, fully remote. Core working hours are 10:00–16:00. Work from anywhere is available for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Combine data from multiple sources and build models that explain the full learner journey.
• Create bespoke analytics, dashboards, and reporting for complex enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as an analytics partner.
• Identify reporting and analytics requirements and contribute insights to the product roadmap.
• Translate complex analysis into clear stories, recommendations, and actions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong analytics experience and a record of creating meaningful value through data.
• Experience with Snowflake and at least one visualization tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to work with large enterprise customers and complex data environments and stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and time management skills.
• Interest in experimentation, learning technology, and using data to improve learning outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS cloud architecture.
• Experience in the learning technology industry.
