Cybersecurity Identity & Authentication/PKI Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop, review, interpret, and maintain cybersecurity plans, policies, directives, standards, and strategies.
• Translate DoD, DON, and Marine Corps cybersecurity requirements into actionable service-level guidance.
• Support privacy and Personally Identifiable Information initiatives, including policies, procedures, Privacy Impact Assessments, and reporting.
• Represent Marine Corps cybersecurity interests in working groups, policy boards, technical reviews, and governance forums.
• Evaluate cybersecurity posture, controls, vulnerabilities, and risks while supporting assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support social media protection reviews and related activities to identify threats and protect personnel and information.

Requirements

• Expertise developing, analyzing, and implementing cybersecurity policy, strategy, standards, and governance in a DoD, DON, Marine Corps, or comparable federal environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, identity management, privacy and PII protection, risk management, security assessment, and federal and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Ability to independently analyze complex cybersecurity issues and communicate technical and policy requirements to senior leaders, program offices, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Ability to maintain applicable DoD cybersecurity workforce certification requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HQMC, DON, or DoD cybersecurity policy and governance organizations.
• Experience with identity management, authentication/PKI, privacy and PII, RMF, or cybersecurity compliance.
• Experience representing an organization in senior-level DoD/DON working groups, policy boards, or governance forums.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structure, cybersecurity programs, Naval correspondence, and headquarters-level staff processes.
