Client Service Delivery Specialist (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 office days per week. The role includes rotating weekend on-call coverage approximately once per month.

Salary: €2,700–€3,150 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Support Board Portal Software users by email and telephone.
• Build positive customer relationships, anticipate client needs, and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Deliver user training and help identify business and system requirements.
• Produce operational and user documentation.
• Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to craft solutions and promote product improvements.

Requirements

• Valid work permit in the EU is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Previous client-facing experience and experience supporting sophisticated products.
• Strong affinity for software applications, with excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, resilient, self-sufficient, and able to multitask and learn beyond the immediate remit.
• Previous experience working with AI and AI agents, or a genuine interest in learning about them.
