Treasury Manager (Web3)

Location: Hybrid in London or Gibraltar

Digital entertainment company building platforms across gaming, media, Web3 and related digital products, with teams in London, Gibraltar and Miami.

What you will do

• Maintain daily cash positions and rolling cash forecasts across multiple entities, currencies and brands.
• Execute intercompany funding movements, FX conversions and liquidity actions.
• Manage custodial and Web3 wallet balances, monitor on-chain settlement flows, and resolve stuck or failed transactions.
• Coordinate deposits, withdrawals, affiliate and supplier payouts, payment-provider settlements and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain treasury policies covering wallet controls, signing thresholds, concentration limits and transaction monitoring.
• Build treasury dashboards and automate reconciliation, balance reporting and sweep scheduling using AI and scripting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in treasury, finance operations or payments.
• Strong understanding of blockchain settlement mechanics and experience managing multi-currency, multi-entity cash positions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for cash modelling and experience using or building treasury dashboards.
• Understanding of AML obligations in payments or gaming environments.
• Strong attention to detail, systematic reconciliation skills and the ability to manage competing operational demands.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London or Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes or other regulated gaming environments.
• Experience with Fireblocks, iplicit or affiliate and B2B settlement programmes.
• Scripting or automation skills with Apps Script, Python or SQL.
• Knowledge of MiCA or UK and EU crypto regulatory frameworks.
• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
