Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania; office attendance is expected 2 days per week, with 3 days working remotely.

What you will do

• Rotate through three departments within Technology or change business areas during the two-year graduate programme.
• Contribute to cloud computing and software engineering projects.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions from initial ideas through implementation.
• Translate business challenges into digital and AI-powered products, including VoiceBots and ChatBots.
• Build knowledge of connectivity, networking, and enterprise technology while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Work alongside hirify.global leaders and participate in hands-on training, mentorship, and challenging projects.

Requirements

• Graduated within the last two years or currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, Technology, AI, Data, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of or hands-on experience with coding for cloud computing and software engineering.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and a good understanding of connectivity or services built on connectivity.
• Genuine interest in connectivity, networking, enterprise technology, and AI.
• Proactive, self-directed, communicative, pragmatic, enthusiastic, and able to build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English; resume must be submitted in English.
