Python Developer (AI Engineering)

Location: Remote from Romania; Bucharest, Romania. Applicants permanently located outside Romania may be declined.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Python applications and web applications.
• Design and implement scalable, robust backend systems.
• Write reusable, testable, efficient code and participate in code reviews.
• Use AI-powered code assistants for development, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to automate internal workflows with AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI and RESTful API design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Ability to validate, adapt, and improve AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with Git and effective use of code assistants in daily development.
• Must be permanently located in Romania.

Nice to have

• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend integration.
• Experience with React.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLM-based features, or automation workflows.
