Solution Architect (GenAI)

What you will do

• Create solution architectures and technical designs for Wholesale Banking GenAI initiatives.
• Guide development squads through discovery and productization.
• Identify synergies and reusable components across initiatives.
• Promote technical standards and review squad deliverables for compliance with those standards.
• Maintain application architectures, architecture decisions, roadmaps, data models, and related documentation.
• Ensure applications are reliable, available, secure, and resilient while aligning with stakeholders across the EU, Asia, and the US.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT architect or extensive AI-domain experience as a lead engineer.
• Production-grade GenAI solution design and development experience in a corporate environment using a major cloud ecosystem.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, agentic frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Proficiency in modelling and modelling languages, including UML and ArchiMate, plus knowledge of TOGAF, service management, and agile methods.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, ideally in a regulated Wholesale Banking environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wholesale Banking products and processes supporting corporate clients.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in generative AI, architecture trends, and data markets.
