Head of UK Private Banking Proposition and Products

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve the UK Private Banking proposition across banking, lending, wealth connectivity, fiduciary services, digital journeys and partnerships.
• Define proposition roadmaps using customer insight, market intelligence and performance data.
• Lead the design, governance and lifecycle management of UKPB-manufactured products, including Trusts and Estates.
• Influence Group product strategy, pricing, prioritisation and governance across banking, savings, payments, mortgage and lending products.
• Translate strategy into prioritised delivery plans and ensure strong customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and measurable benefits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing proposition, product and delivery team.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in private banking, wealth management, banking propositions or product management.
• Proven success creating and delivering customer propositions and product strategies.
• Strong commercial leadership experience, including P&L ownership, pricing and performance management.
• Deep understanding of product governance, lifecycle management and customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of banking, lending and wealth-related products, plus experience influencing complex organisational structures and leading large-scale change.
• Strong critical thinking, partner management, decision-making and team-building capabilities.

• Experience with fiduciary products and services.
