Senior Compliance Analyst / Compliance Manager ANZ (Payments)

What you will do

• Monitor and communicate regulatory changes affecting Worldpay products, services, and business activities.
• Provide guidance on implementing regulatory requirements and validate solution approaches with business lines.
• Review new and expanding products and services for compliance and conduct periodic compliance assessments.
• Identify control weaknesses, regulatory violations, and compliance deficiencies, then track remediation through completion.
• Coordinate with Compliance Officers, legal counsel, regulators, customers, and internal advisory groups.
• Prepare compliance communications, reports, presentations, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial crime compliance and experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand regulatory regimes.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical, legal, and regulatory materials and handle sensitive compliance matters.
