What you will do

• Manage the complete documentation process including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing ISDA/CSA, CDEA, GMRA, and GMSLA suites.
• Lead complex and sensitive negotiations for high-profile clients.
• Review legal opinions on netting and collateral enforceability in coordination with external counsel.
• Develop and execute bespoke negotiation strategies to balance client and firm needs.
• Provide mentoring, training, and coaching for junior team members.
• Collaborate with the Franchise and Prime business, New Business Group, and Client Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, JD, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a legal/trading documentation role or as an attorney/paralegal in a law firm.
• Proven ability to negotiate and review detailed legal documents with high accuracy.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding derivatives, repo, and securities lending markets.
• Knowledge of various legal entities such as funds, insurance companies, and pensions.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills under pressure.
