What you will do/Что делать

• Lead design of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and global operational needs.

• Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Define and enforce Salesforce best practices for configuration, development, and security globally.
• Align Salesforce solutions with business objectives in partnership with product managers.
• Represent Salesforce on the technical change board and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements/Требования

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce including system/solution architecture roles.
• Industry experience in energy or utilities is advantageous.
• Expertise in enterprise solutions, software development lifecycle, and project methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship management, problem-solving skills, and consultative approach.
