What you will do

• Contribute to the strategic development of the multinational commercial property portfolio.
• Develop broker relationships, build accretive pipelines, and identify cross-selling opportunities across the hirify.global network.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients while leading client and broker negotiations.
• Work cross-functionally to achieve corporate objectives and develop client-focused products and strategies.
• Apply underwriting authorities, guidelines, decision-making standards, and reinsurance solutions.
• Support underwriting quality, continuous improvement, junior staff development, and corporate service standards.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Experience in property underwriting and strong technical insurance knowledge, particularly in international markets.
• Knowledge of multinational insurance, local markets, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, presentation, organizational, numerical, and IT skills.
• Proven ability to build broker and client relationships, prioritize workload, and lead negotiations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Terrorism underwriting experience.
• Additional multinational market experience.
