QC Team Lead - Operations

Location: Geleen, The Netherlands

Salary: €54,000–€75,600 gross annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop the Quality Control team, including training, qualification and performance support.
• Plan and coordinate routine environmental monitoring and testing during critical manufacturing operations.
• Review and approve assay results, documentation and quality events, identifying and addressing deviations.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, project leads and other QC teams on priorities, method transfers, timelines and handovers.
• Troubleshoot testing and operational issues, resolve workplace conflicts and manage personnel matters.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives while analysing testing data and trends and maintaining safe working conditions.

Requirements

• Relevant Quality Control experience in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating a team and supporting employee development and performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, laboratory documentation, quality processes and deviation management.
• Ability to plan testing activities, manage workloads and balance competing priorities.
• Willingness to work a five-shift rotation, including night shifts and weekends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a commitment to safety, product quality and patient safety.
