Data / DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and optimize data pipelines, event-driven streaming solutions, data models, relational database designs, and efficient SQL queries.
• Design and develop modern asynchronous REST APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
• Work with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, MCP servers, and vector databases.
• Containerize and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes across cloud environments.
• Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, write tests, and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the AI team, project teams, and Tech Lead on planning, architecture, specifications, and complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on DevOps/infrastructure and AI/LLM experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data engineering, including pipelines, event-driven streaming, relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus production-level Docker and Kubernetes skills.
• Strong Python skills and experience building asynchronous REST APIs.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, MCP servers, and vector databases.
• Experience with Git, automated CI/CD pipelines, prototyping, and independently owning deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar LLM orchestration framework.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced AI-focused product or engineering team.
• Relevant AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
