Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Lead regional process efficiency and improvement initiatives across multiple countries.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities through process diagnostics and Gemba walks.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps for business transformation projects.
- Manage AI-driven projects focused on process automation, data insights, and decision-making.
- Facilitate transformation workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build a lean culture through coaching, ideation, and structured improvement methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience leading regional or international process efficiency initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI projects and their application in process transformation.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, lean tools, and data analysis software such as Minitab and Excel.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global environment.
- Availability to work from the Warsaw office at least three days per week.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of R, Python, advanced analytics tools, and business process management software.
- Experience coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
