Product Manager - Core Operations & Pricing

hirify.global builds and operates an electric vehicle charging network across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland.

What you will do

• Own discovery and delivery for internal products covering charger commissioning, hardware catalogues, energy management, pricing, and billing.
• Work with deployment, operations, support, energy, and pricing teams to map workflows and identify losses in time, money, and data quality.
• Define problem statements, product specifications, prioritised backlogs, roadmaps, and release scopes.
• Partner with engineers and a product designer to deliver reliable internal tools and valuable incremental releases.
• Maintain data consistency across connected systems and ensure stored, billed, and partner-facing information is accurate.
• Measure release outcomes, communicate timelines, and iterate based on results.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product management or a product-adjacent role such as business analysis, product operations, engineering, or consulting.
• Experience building internal tools, B2B platforms, or operational software for trained teams.
• Ability to work with complex systems and data, including tracing fields across systems and identifying data-related failures.
• Strong prioritisation, structured problem-solving, specification-writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and product discovery.
• Experience with energy, hardware, IoT, mobility, pricing, or billing systems.
