Senior Product Manager, Product Design (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin or London; candidates who reach the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Define the product experience for the Web Integrity & Trust suite, covering navigation, configuration, traffic exploration, investigation, and value measurement.
• Develop a coherent interaction model for product experiences that currently exist in disconnected areas.
• Translate probabilistic decisions about automated threats, fraud, and traffic manipulation into interfaces that users can understand, trust, and control.
• Lead 0-to-1 product definition and establish the design direction for largely new product categories.
• Work directly with the Director of Product and product managers across product lines.
• Build alongside engineers while establishing the design process as the first design lead.

Requirements

• Portfolio required, demonstrating product thinking and design work.
• Experience defining products in ambiguous, ill-defined problem spaces and originating concepts.
• Ability to make complex, high-dimensional systems legible, such as security, fraud, observability, developer tools, analytics, network operations, or finance products.
• Fluent use of AI in the design craft, with sound judgment about its appropriate application.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and data visualization skills, with sufficient visual polish to make concepts compelling.
• Independent design conviction and comfort working from a blank page.

Nice to have

• Experience as a first or founding designer.
• Exposure to security, trust and safety, fraud, ad fraud, or ML-driven products.
• Ability to prototype in code or work fluently with engineers who do.
• Familiarity with analysts’ or operations teams’ day-to-day work.
