Data Science Principal (AI)

What you will do

• Manage client interactions and build long-term client relationships.
• Translate business problems into clear analytics solutions and turn analytical outputs into business decisions.
• Provide project management oversight, ensuring delivery quality and meeting client expectations.
• Prepare presentations and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Advise client business leaders on data and analytics questions.
• Guide junior team members and coordinate the work and development of the broader team.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field focused on data analysis, such as econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, or another exact science.
• Strong statistical knowledge and the ability to structure complex information and identify major contributors in data.
• Experience with databases and analytical tools, including SQL, BigQuery, NoSQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning.
• At least 8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, including 3 or more years at project lead level.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to guide expert and junior team members.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
