Intern – Blades Process Digitalization & Power BI Analyst

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, planners, and other operational teams to understand end-to-end blade processes.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and reporting gaps.
• Map, document, and maintain workflows, responsibilities, and data flows.
• Collect, validate, and structure operational data from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into Power BI dashboards and automated planning solutions.
• Support deployment and adoption of digital tools that reduce manual work and improve operational tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, operations, and renewable energy.
• Experience or academic project exposure with Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Skills in data analytics, visualization, dashboard development, data modeling, and data structuring.
• Experience with data validation and quality control.
• Strong process mapping, workflow documentation, requirements gathering, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and English communication skills.
