TL;DR

Location: Role based in Spain, Greece, Portugal, or South Africa, with flexibility regarding office and home working.

What you will do

  • Develop materials and services for UK HTA and HEOR projects, including dossier writing, HTA landscape reviews, literature reviews, economic model development and adaptations, submission support, and pricing negotiation support.
  • Contribute to multi-country HTA and HEOR projects across different markets and product types.
  • Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams, technical consultants, client teams, and global local-market teams.
  • Develop knowledge of UK HTA processes, NICE and SMC requirements, and broader global HTA and HEOR offerings.
  • Support thought leadership through conference abstracts, posters, white papers, and guidance for interns.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities as knowledge of the team's offerings develops.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HTA, health economics, economics, life sciences, epidemiology, public health, medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline, plus one year of relevant experience or internships.
  • Knowledge of HTA and health economics methodologies, including economic modelling, real-world economic evidence, utility measurement, and costing studies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Fluent conversational and business English is required; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including slide deck development, report writing, and presentations.
  • Quantitative skills and knowledge of statistical software such as STATA or R are desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience or familiarity with research design, methodology, conduct, and reporting.
  • Understanding of evidence-based healthcare, critical appraisal, and synthesis of healthcare research evidence.
  • Healthcare consulting, life sciences, or academic experience.
  • Experience with econometrics and statistical software packages.
