What you will do

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial data related to client premiums and broker commissions.
• Support commission calculations, bordereaux, revenue analysis, and reconciliation of insurer statements.
• Track receivables, payables, cash flow, expenses, and insurer settlements.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the finance team while working with placement, servicing, and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial reporting.
• Interest in insurance brokerage, financial services, or risk management.
