What you will do

• Provide client service management and operational support to sales teams for Private Wealth Management clients.
• Implement new client accounts and handle ongoing maintenance and liquidity management.
• Identify and coordinate wealth advisory services within the client base.
• Manage advisory business implementation and portfolio re-balancing.
• Manage cash balances and private banking services in client accounts.
• Act as a key liaison to other internal areas supporting the PWM business.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information.
