Test Engineer Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Learn basic ATE test program structure, test flows, and processor production processes.
• Develop scripts in Perl and Python to parse raw test data.
• Perform characterization of new semiconductor products and prepare standard reports.
• Generate yield and failure Pareto reports for new products.
• Automate weekly yield reporting and support the creation of key reports and dashboards.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Coursework in basic electrical circuit theory and programming in C or C++.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills in C/C++ in a Unix-type environment.
• Good understanding of Perl scripting techniques.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to export-controlled technology may require eligibility under applicable U.S. export control laws and an export license review.
