Assistant Producer (Motorsport)

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week at the Hammersmith London office

What you will do

• Support the delivery of live and non-live content for international feeds, localised shows, digital channels, and documentaries.
• Staff the live gallery during race weekends and run broadcast graphics across international and localised broadcasts.
• Manage graphics and asset workflows, including pre-season updates, race-day data integration, and on-air graphics preparation.
• Test pre-race graphics, virtual advertising, and translated feeds to verify sponsor placement and accuracy.
• Support content gathering, asset preparation, and operational setup for events, testing sessions, and special features.
• Assist with video clipping, footage reviews, and media gathering for digital content and documentaries.

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Producer or Junior Producer experience in live sports broadcasting or gallery/post-production environments.
• Hands-on experience with live broadcast graphics, data integration, and asset workflows.
• Ability to remain calm, precise, and confident under live gallery pressure.
• Strong attention to detail when checking graphics, data, and sponsor branding.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and a strong interest in sports production.
• Availability to work 3 days per week from the Hammersmith London office.
