Lead Product Manager (Transaction Platform): Building scalable and reliable transaction platform infrastructure for Mobility, Food, and Mart with an accent on platform strategy, operational excellence, and cross-vertical solutions. Focus on improving cart, order, and checkout workflows, defining reliability and adoption metrics, and using data and AI-native tools to validate product iterations.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite at Malaysia Office (First Avenue)

What you will do
- Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
- Improve reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science, and Operations to run experiments and scale platform capabilities.
- Develop reusable platform solutions for shared challenges across products and markets.
- Use data to evaluate performance, communicate impact, and manage KPIs for adoption, reliability, efficiency, and transaction quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to platform or transaction-focused domains.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and measurable improvements in reliability and operational outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading complex projects end-to-end and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to use LLMs as a daily co-pilot and apply vibe-coding to build, test, and validate product iterations.
