Product Manager - Special Project (Fintech): Driving the strategy, development, and execution of financial and credit products in the KrediPay app with an accent on user research, product analysis, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on mapping complex user flows, conducting A/B experiments, managing feature launches, and coordinating integrations with engineering, legal, compliance, and external partners.

What you will do
- Drive the strategy, development, and execution of financial and credit product features.
- Lead end-to-end product development for features within the KrediPay app.
- Conduct market research on features offered by Indonesian e-wallets.
- Write product requirements, map complex user flows, test hypotheses, and manage feature launches.
- Collaborate with UX design, engineering, analytics, legal, compliance, and other Group teams.
- Coordinate external integrations and support compliance reporting for product and engineering topics.
Requirements
- Experience in the e-wallet industry, such as ShopeePay, GoPay, or OVO, is strongly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from multiple data points.
- Strong ownership and the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Software engineering background.
