Product Manager Expert (AI) (LLM/Agent Products): Leading end-to-end design and delivery of AI applications including intelligent customer service, personalized recommendations, AI assistants, and automated workflows with an accent on RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and conversational product design. Focus on productizing agent capabilities, designing multi-agent orchestration and tool-calling workflows, measuring hallucination and task completion rates, and translating AI capabilities into user and business value.

What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle for LLM- and agent-powered applications, from requirements and product design through launch and delivery.
- Design agent capabilities including task planning, function calling, MCP, context management, multi-agent orchestration, and fallback handling.
- Build AI evaluation frameworks with test scenarios, quality metrics, regression libraries, and continuous performance analysis.
- Plan conversational products covering knowledge bases, dialogue flows, SOPs, corpus annotation, intelligent replies, and case summarization.
- Design personalization and generative UI products with ML and data teams, improving CTR, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, data, design, operations, and business teams to turn AI capabilities into product opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year delivering AI, AIGC, or agent products.
- At least one fully shipped AI-related feature module or standalone product.
- Strong understanding of LLM prompt engineering, RAG architecture, agent fundamentals, tool calling, task planning, context management, and conversational systems.
- Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks, defining metrics, building test cases, analyzing data, and designing A/B experiments.
- Ability to write structured PRDs, technical requirements, and flow diagrams while communicating effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong product judgment, user insight, learning agility, and ownership in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP, Function Calling, and multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience designing or using AI Harness, Eval, or Benchmark platforms.
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS products.
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English.
